How long will it take me to get my item?
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Saturday.
Books are shipped via Media Mail unless you have selected Priority Mail or live out of the country. Single DVDs are shipped via First Class Mail, DVD sets are sent Media Mail. Non-Book items are shipped out through First Class or Priority Mail along with all international orders. Estimated delivery times are:
Within the U.S.
Media Mail: 4 - 14 days
First Class & Priority Mail: 2 - 3 business days
International Orders
7 - 14 days - Sometimes items can get caught up in customs delaying the delivery time by several days.
All U.S. orders are shipped with a delivery confirmation number. The post office doesn't not provide tracking for international orders.
Are the items on your website in stock?
Unless we have made an error, all items listed on our website are in stock at our warehouse, ready to be shipped to you. There are rare occasions where we have made an input error causing an out of stock item to be made available for purchase. If this happens, you will be notified ASAP and given a full refund.
What is a remainder mark?
Remainder Marks are a mark put on a book, DVD or CD when a publishing house decides to clear out its stock of a title. This mark ensures that wholesale book buyers cannot return these books back to the publisher. Remainder Marks come in all shapes and sizes, are usually placed on the top or bottom edge of a book, and are black or red in color. The marks are generally made with a magic marker. They cause no damage to the book and are harmless except to the collector.
Not all Remainder Books contain a remainder mark. Just because a publisher has decided to clear out its warehouse of a title does not mean it will mark the book.
DVDs, CDs and Audio Books can have a "Remainder Scratch". This is a line or scratch through the UPC code on the back of the case or box.

How are your books shipped?
Most of our books are shipped out in some type of cardboard. Only the smallest books and DVDs are shipped out in bubble mailers. All larger books and multiple orders are shipped out in heavy duty boxes with lots of clean packing paper.
